Positives:
Hotel is very convenient and it offers Starbucks in the lobby which is a plus but the hotel rooms itself needs some improvement and mirror the renovations of the lobby and hallways. The bathrooms needs to be renovated for a more modern and cleaner feel. The shower definitely needs to be improved. The cleanliness of the bathroom and room could use some extra care and attention with making sure the carpet is vacuumed, sheets are very clean with no visibility of a previous guest hairs which is nasty and unsanitary. This applies to the bathroom as well, visible hairs innthe bathtub, floor, sink, and on towels! This is unsatisfactory on the cleaning staff that do not make sure each room is cleaned to perfection and sanitized for the next guest. Supervisors and managers should do a clean check of every room to make sure it is spotless and ready for the next guests stay.
Negatives:
The shower and bathroom floor which had visible hairs from previous guest, carpet was not vacuumed, the floor area when walking into the rooms was not swept or mopped.

It was OK! Sheraton could use a renovation in hotel rooms and bathrooms! Improvements on cleaning.
