Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, Jun 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Jun 1st, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Jun 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Jun 2nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 2, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Mandatory Fee Policy

This hotel charges an additional $120 USD mandatory fee. This fee will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Mandatory fees are not optional and typically cover items such as resort fees, energy charges or safe fees. The amount of the charge is subject to change.

Hotel Occupancy Policy

All rooms booked for double occupancy (i.e. 2 adults). Accommodations for more than this are not guaranteed.

Important Information

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 90 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, interconnecting rooms are available for an extra fee of USD 25 per night. These rooms are limited and subject to availability. Please note, the seasonal outdoor pool, Cabana Bar and deck are available only to registered hotel guests 21 and older. Children are welcome to use the indoor pool when accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty. Room rates includes complimentary use of our fitness center, outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball, boccie ball courts and horse-shoes, all available on a first-come, first served basis. Facilities are only available for use by registered guests. Please note that group reservations of 5 rooms or more will be charged at the time of booking and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
