The indoor pool was big reason for booking. It was great. Loved that second room had a walk through to the adjacent accessible room, as 4 of the 5 guests needed to use the walk in shower. The staff both behind the desk and housekeeping were very helpful in responding to request for more towels and toilet paper.
Negatives:
The doors to the room and the walk through doors were very heavy and the people with disabilities were not able to open the doors without help. There was a button (like a door bell) next to door for accessible room entrance, but it did not assist in opening the very heavy room door. Was surprised that the handicapped accessible room was on 3rd floor, as elevator signs reminded us NOT TO USE ELEVATORS IN CASE OF FIRE--yet there would be no other way for someone in wheelchair to get off the 3rd floor in an emergency. Accessible rooms seemingly should be on ground floor.

The hotel and room were clean. We left before breakfast was served.

The lock on the door was broken and it was a little concerning for the night. Also, when I went to turn on the water to take a shower the faucet came off....I was able to put it back on but it needs repaired. There was a large gap under the door so that you could hear everything in the hallway. We ended up putting a towel there to block out the hallway noise.
