Positives:
There was nothing to like except that there was a lesson learned not to deal with this property moving forward. I paid $170 plus to not stay... and no one would talk to me about my cancellation request, which I understood to be free cancellation in a period 48 hours PRIOR TO intended arrival.
The property was requested to process immediately after I contacted booking.com, days before intended arrival, and they still took days to process my request, charging me as though I had never canceled.
Negatives:
The lack of compassion exhibited in my circumstances by this company.
If you have read what I liked, you would understand that I can only appreciate the lesson learned in attempting to do a nice thing and including this property.

The staff were tremendous, the General Manager and Manager (Courtney) are the best, they were very welcoming and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone that they should stay here! We enjoyed our room, very clean and spacious, all the elements needed for an extended trip.

Good size room with kitchenette. Beds were very comfy with the softest sheets ever! Blackout shade worked very well. Breakfast was very tasty, with lots of options, many of them freshly made instead of prepackaged.

The suites were very spacious and comfortable! The kitchenette was clean and outfitted with dishes as well as a full sized refrigerator. The kitchen was especially helpful to wash our grandsons bottles in after a long day of traveling.
Negatives:
The bathroom door is a sliding door, similar to one for a closet. So it neither shut securely or locked, which made using the bathroom comical as our grandson would not leave the bathroom door alone.
