The room, before getting there re received a call saying the two queen beds I booked was unavailable and that they were giving me a king with no cots available to accommodate four adults. At check in (arriving at 8), I was told they had a cancellation and received the two bed room, I booked. The room was unacceptable. The security handle on the door was broken off. The TV was leaning up against the wall. The toilet handle to flush was very loose and something bolted to the floor that appeared to have been ripped off and had a hard object sticking up. Unable to switch rooms because they were all booked. Upon checkout, I did advise the manager of the laundry list on items
