Negatives: You have to reserve the pool and it is TINY!

Negatives: the check-in process was a joke because the hotel does not tell you that on top of the price you have to pay there is a mandatory $50 per night deposit - because there was nothing mentioned about it on Booking.com, I didn't have suffficient funds on my credit card - this resulted in my card being blocked for two weeks and being unable to pay for my stay - I was forced to call my relatives back in Europe (at 4 am local time) to get help with a different card all in all everything worked out well and Peter (the night manager) was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was as good as it could be - it's just beyond me why you don't explain your policies in full on Booking.com (and why nothing can be paid in cash but that's not just this hotel, it's a weird thing in all of US)

Negatives: The tv made A LOT of noise. The cable tv and whatever other channels made the tv make this ANNOYING on/off vibration noise. Also there’s no streaming services on the tv, you would have to bring your own streaming device like a Firestick; it seems like the hotel really wants you to get a OnDemand movie or package so you can spend more unnecessary money there. I also ordered room service from their restaurant; it was fast, service was good. I’m mad though that I spent money on the food. The best things I got were my fries and cake. I also got pizza which was $16 and tasted worse than frozen pizza left out for 8 hours. I’ve been planning my trip for a while so I’ve seen the pictures from the menu and all the food looks amazing; the pizza looks exceptional. I wasn’t expecting to get something that was obviously not freshly made and not even warmed properly. For less money I could’ve went to the grocery store and got some Ellios or Amy’s pizza which would’ve been worth it actually compared to what I had.
