VERY basic room. Duvet cover was so wrinkled I had to ask if the room had been made up yet. Bathroom needs remodelling. Lots of cracks in sink, no cover over fan,shower spray adjustment missing. One bath towel was dirty.

Room 121 was right next to the front desk. We heard all the noise from loud guests all night long. Around 11:30 PM, a group of guests were very loud and upset because they thought that they had a reservation, but had somehow cancelled it on their phone.

I confirmed with them that I have two twin beds. Upon arrival they changed it to one queen. One of the person had to sleep on ground. Very unprofessional and caused lot of trouble.

The beds were not clean, We had to go to Walmart and purchased clean bed linen. The bathroom were not cleaned. The carpet dirty and foul odor in the rooms and hallway. The front desk staff was very unpleasant when we complained about the room. Did not off

Not as expensive as staying near the falls. Its good enought place to just have a bed to sleep on at night and stay out all day.

This hotel needs a major upgrade from the carpet to the shower head in the bathroom and sheets and linen. This is a self-serve hotel because I had to make my own DO NOT DISTURB sign and grab my own towels. There was little selection for breakfast.
