Positives:
The breakfast was really great at the hotel and there was lots to choose from! There is also a ton of grassy areas for the dogs to run around in and smell, my dogs loved this and it was easier to get them to go potty since it wasn't a small space that everyone had peed in.

Great stay and great location!

I was not at all impressed with the guest room layout and features. There was no closet to hang any clothes, just a metal bar above the only place to put a suitcase, other than the floor. There was only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed. The bedside "table" was inadequate. The room had all kinds of wasted space.

Clean but the location is ok for the airport but we couldn’t have the shuttle bus service as it says we can. The lady there said they wouldn’t give us the shuttle service just for our family if it’s before 6am. Our request was 5:30am and the service said from 4am. She was saying no driver for just one guest. Quite rude.

I believe there was a young sports team staying there which is fine,My issue was I came to relax and get a good night's sleep because I had just loss my dad my husband wanted me to be able to relax for mother's day after just going through so much .But that wasn't the case the kids ran the hallways and jumped horse played the entire night we choose this hotel because we've stayed before it was a great experience last time but not this time.It was impossible to get in the pool do to the sports team ,I understand kids will be kids but the yelling and screaming was unbearable.Breakfast wasn't what we were expecting last stay breakfast was great but not this time.

Very busy location, but all the employees were wonderfully nice. Seriously, they were the best. It was quite crowded. I believe this is a convention/expo/athletic meet hotel so take that into consideration. This is neither good nor bad, just an observation. Lots of teenagers means we didn't get to check out the intriguing game area of the lobby.
Negatives:
I didn't really like the bed. It was too firm by far, and my husband agrees. Kind of dirty along the headboard, and very easy to hit legs on the edge of box bed. No coffee maker in the room.
