Our reservation was for 1 night. Actually nothing went right, the rooms were filthy, one room they didn't take a shower because bathroom was not clean. Also spiders and bugs in corners in room. Other room had a cockroach in the bed, and my room had so much chemical cleaner that I couldn't breath so I opened the window as best I could. Also air conditioner could not be reset so I had to live with the temperature it was set on which was too warm. I explained everything to the staff and they apologized but it really had an impact in our ability to get ready for our wedding. The staff agreed to refund 2 out of 3 room costs but I have yet to see that refund on my credit card, so we will be pending a dispute unless this is resolved. Place needs a total renovation, also my shower didn't stop properly. Also need housekeepers that know how to clean. Very bad experience for a special occasion. Coming back strange people in parking lot with no shirts on and a dog lying there. Frightful!

Stay clear of this place their is a non disclosed "security" deposit not disclosed of 100 Dollars on Booking.com You have to pay this and they tell you you can expect it returned after one week. Two months nearly from my stay and despite emails from me to them I am still awaiting the refund. No issues raised re my stay. NO response acknowledgement from my email.
