The communication between the 3rd party that booked my stay and Hampton inn/ Hilton. Arrived about 2:30 am, clearly confirmed my eta. i was told they were fully booked. Waited about 30 minute before my stay was comfirmed. i had no where to go. Rebecca finally settled.. Thank you Rebecca!!!
