Breakfast was varied and delicious. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. All staff were very friendly
Negatives:
In the bathroom there are no towel rods to hang bath towels , not even by the sink to hang a small had towel!!! There is only one little hook by the tub. Where are you, especially two people supposed to hang a damp towel or wash rag after you take a shower?
Also, the the shower curtain rod is hung too high, so when you take a shower, water goes onto the floor.

We've stayed here several times and like the location and usually nice rooms.
Negatives:
Our room was disappointing this time. It was missing some of its furniture and left a large empty space in the room. Also, it was showing its age due to wear over the years. There were several spots in the room that needed painting or otherwise attending to. We had a pet, and I guess they put us in their worst room. That's the only way I can understand it. We've never had this issue before, and we have stayed there several times. If our next visit isn't better, we will look for another place to stay, and there are plenty of them in Asheville.
