The walls and floors were paper thin. We heard everything above us and around us. The room had an overwhelming smell of dog. There was some type of moisture problem in our room. We would wake up and our legs and feet and bed would be damp. This was also not in the “river arts district”.

The hotel was pretty good all the way around. It wasn't my favorite Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed in but it was decent. The elevator is sketch and we met a couple who informed us of it being the same way last year but hey, it didn't break down and we were safe, so that's important. Overall, it was affordable and decent. Good enough.

The facility very clean and attractive. The breakfast was very good, restocked all the time and facility very clean.
Negatives:
The elevator was unsettling. It rattled, shook and bumped up and down stairs. Did upgrade to a handicapped room and loved all the grab bars. The shower curtain was too short for the rod and tub so caused water to collect on the floor and was a slip and fall worry.
