rooms need some re-do. Sofa sunk in, very uncomfortable. Bath tiny, hard to even more around and we aren't big people. Need shower walk-in, no tub. No one uses them anymore in travel. Climbing over the tub not good or safe. Mattress needs replacemen

When I got attacked in the parking lot and told they were not liable for any damages.

Eating the cost of my room when I had to go find another hotel because I did not feel safe staying there

We did not get to stay here. Rooms were over sold. Had to send us to another property.

We were sent to a dirty room with trash, unmade beds, and toilet full of feces. We went to request a clean room and were told they were overbooked and did not have a room for us.
