Positives: Staff was courteous. Property has been newly refurbished. Bedding was nice/comfortable.

Negatives: Homeless individuals sleeping in woods at property entrance. Jacuzzi not working (this a frequent occurrence at Hampton Inns). Allows dogs - nice for pet owners not so nice for guests who have to listen to frequent barking at night. Free breakfast is boring - microwaved hot items, typical for mid priced chain hotels.

Positives: It was so welcoming staff was great. We did laundry there and the staff even went above and beyond and folded our laundry. The maintenance woman was very nice.
