The staff was very courteous and efficient. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Nice morning coffee bar. Very helpful and polite doorman.

Our room was very disappointing. Our mattresses were in desperate need of an upgrade. We were very disappointed in the beds. In the bathroom, the tub didn't drain, and by the time showers were finished we were standing in a tub half full of water. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the sink faucet had very, very low water pressure. Overall the room looked dated.

Upon checking in we were asked immediately if we wanted move to a king room which we did. Incredible service. On Sunday morning my wife was downstairs and while she was getting coffee for us the bellman was exceptionally kind and gave her a carrier for the coffee. The staff were excellent and very friendly. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.
