We chose it for the price, but the parking was very convenient.
There was someone in the restaurant that offered a tray to carry coffee from the lobby to the room.
Negatives:
The coffee pot in the room did not work. I had to tell the desk twice before something was done. There was not enough light in the room, and the toilet did not flush well. The sheets were also too small for the bed and kept slipping off on one corner.
We also got an email right before we left home telling us we would need to mask. It didn't turn out to be true, but it was upsetting!

Floors and rooms are very old, and very sparse. Nearly impossible to feel comfortable in your room. Also right next door to the county jail. Lots of sirens continuously.

Left after about 4 hours...
Positives:
Very nice corner room with fantastic view of mountains. Good parking area for downtown Asheville. It was 15.00 per day, but worth it. Great rooftop bar.
Negatives:
My reservation was not there when I arrived. Apparently, it was Bookings fault- my first and last name had been transposed so there was no one by my name registered. Luckily, I had my reservation number
