Super staff, very clean, it was a perfect staff except for the road construction that was going on on the road about 2 blocks from the hotel. No noise inside, but the orange barrels and the detours make for an interesting morning departure.

Very bad location. Next to the highway so lot of noise at night we couldn't sleep. Room size was so small felt like in motel6 not hilton. Bathroom so tiny. When we told all thus front desk In the morning, she didn't even show any concern for the issues.

I added a second night when I checked in and the Desk person said no problem it will be a couple of dollars more for Friday. I should have clarified because a couple of dollars more was $100 dollars more or about 35%. Well you live and learn.

Pleasant stay but between hotel and Biltmore the cash goes fast.

The location wasn't convenient to restaurants. The only thing walkable was other hotels and outlet shopping. The bed was hard as a rock. The second night we were there someone was knocking on our door in the middle of the night for about an hour. We told him he had the wrong room but refused to believe us..
