I enjoyed my stay here while visiting downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Check in and out went well thanks to Nina. The buffet was delicious as well as the restaurant with a bar. In addition, I felt very safe during my stay here. I do recommend if you’re in Asheville to stay at this hotel.

Negatives:
The glass elevator looked out at dirty cinder blocks with cobwebs and dirt. Either keep that area clean or do away with the clear elevator. Also our bathroom had an exhaust vent that was uncovered, showed all the dirt and never turned off all night and was very noisy.
