No housekeeping on alternate days. Sign in bathroom states that housekeeping will be done every other day during your stay. We only had our trash removed on the second day of our stay.

Staff exceptional. Best breakfast at any standard hotel and real dishes and silverware. No plastic or paper.
Room was large, spotless and quite comfortable. We had a suite. Lots of storage space. Nice kitchenette with small full size refrigerator and dishwasher!

Location, room size was impressive, great free hot breakfast with lots of variety, comfy beds.

Check in left much to be desired, wasn’t asked if we’d like a second room key, didn’t feel very welcomed, nobody answered when we called the front desk to ask for toilet paper since upon arrival our room had none, it also didn’t have enough towels and washcloths for each guest in our room, the sofa bed had a sheet on it that looked used with hair and crumbs, no blanket or sheets in the room to put on it, tea bags in lobby were all sticky, coffee was empty in lobby after we were told it’s 24/7.
