Location location location. It was easy walking to downtown Asheville. Hotel was so clean.

It literally is a block from the auditorium making me feel safe walking back after the concert.

The wooden utensils. 1 night I ordered delivery and wasn’t provided silverware. Went to the restaurant in the lobby for some and all they had was wooden utensils to take back to my room.

The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, easy walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
I selected the Hotel Indigo specifically for its proximity to the River Arts District which is not an easy 0.4 mile walk as listed in Booking.com’s description. Future guests should be aware that overnight parking costs $25 and that breakfast will cost $18 per person.
