The parking. There is no where to park near the rooms. Unless you pay for valet service, you have to park away from the hotel several blocks away and walk back to the hotel, which is extremely unsafe. We would never stay here again. The staff was not nice

The room was very comfortable and the lobbying area very inviting. Loved the fireplace

I did not like that they charge $15 for valet parking in the off season. If we wanted to self park, it was a dirt lot almost a block away. The hotel should consider comp parking in the off season and let us tip the valet accordingly.
