It was very clean, staff was really nice and friendly. They were helpful when needed extra help. Excellent breakfast every morning.

We were in a handicapped accessible room. The shower curtain wasnt long enough and water got out on the floor. We had to get extra mats and towels to place in floor to absorb water.

A nice friendly place to stay ,everyone was so nice . Plus they can tell you great places to eat .

Receptionist lady at night hours was super unfriendly. Get no help from her. We drove 12 hours from florida. Arrived by midnight. Lady at front desk was already upset. She gets this attitude that ignores your questions and gives you random answers. We asked for the total to pay and she goes I dont know, its a lot of money, you need to check with booking so we did. Then we asked how much deposit because they had a notice in front desk that customers will be charged with a deposit if paying my debit card. She then goes we dont charge any deposit with an elevated tone. I felt bad ser I e was being delivered to us. And I asked for a manager. She refused to bring a manager. She started throwing away our reservation papers, and called the police on us.
