Positives:
This location is always our home away from home for every trip to the Raleigh area. We love the size of the rooms (especially the corner suites). The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, and equipped. This is a beautiful facility, the best Embassy that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. The staff is always so helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet is the best! We also enjoy the evening drinks and snacks as well.
Negatives:
Well, we chose our room using the app because we are a Hilton Member, and this is the second time this has happened, but when we came to check in at about 5:30pm we were told that our room wasn't ready yet, so no biggie, we went to grab some dinner and made a few other stops and returned maybe 8 or 9pm ish, and the room still wasn't ready. We were told that there must have been something wrong with the room so they offered us another, which we took because it was a long day of travel, we were ready to get in our room and settle down. This happened to us once before and we were upgraded and setup with some goodies as a thank you for understanding. The facility was pretty booked so I guess we are grateful to have a room at all. The staff is all super nice and I am not complaining, but it was just a little bump in the road that was a little frustrating.
