Negatives: The fact that I was able to book a room but when I tried to check by on the clerk told me that the building was at full capacity.

Negatives: From the tall grass leading into the place. Smoke smell walking through the door. No soap in bathroom. Did have clean looking towels. Carpet stains. I went out and bought disinfectants spray for the beds and wipes for everything else. I can’t believe I forgot mine. It was a place to lay our head after the event. We didn’t even bathe in the shower the tub was so stained Clorox didn’t even clean the tub. I bought a gallon to sanitize hoping to be able to shower. Bathed the important parts next am and left. And the take and go breakfast was a joke. We didn’t take but we went. I think if corporate saw this they would close the doors. it needs major renovations. And a deep cleaning. If extended stay means cigarette butts laying by the dozens by the doors, these people need to stay somewhere else.

Negatives: Where do I begin? I’m an avid traveler, so I didn’t let all the negative reviews deter me…I have fairly low expectations when it comes to hotels, but wow. This place was FILTHY. So filthy. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The bed skirt was moldy. Everything I touched was grimy. I accidentally stepped on the carpet barefoot. It was moist, the room was humid. The room’s alarm clock went off at 4:32 AM…then again at 4:41am. The mattress: 0/10. My airplane seat is more comfortable to sleep on. I am 29 years old but I woke up feeling 77…please do yourself a favor and go to the hotel across the street. It is absolutely worth the additional cost.

Negatives: They were cockroaches in the room

Negatives: Roaches everywhere. Everything is old and rusting. Smelly carpets. No breakfast just a muffin and coffee. They literally canceled my reservation even though I had told them that I will be coming on Monday morning instead of Sunday evening. I had the reservation from Sunday.

Negatives: Nothing was clean. They don’t even have enough towels or bed sheets for the few people staying there.

Negatives: Needs a facelift

Negatives: ROACHES INFESTATION ALERT!!!! MOLD ALERT!!! NO REFUND DESPITE REQUEST TO HOTEL OR BOOKING.COM!!! The room was littering with crawling roaches all over the unit floor and walls. The bath tub is full of mold. The stove top was not working. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking into the hotel due to the fear of pest infestation and health issues caused by mold, instead traveled to another hotel to stay for the night. We took pictures of the roaches and showed it to the front staff. The front staff feigned ignorance when inquired about the room condition and pest infestation. After seeing the pictures they mentioned they will call the exterminator. The front staff lady has a bad temper and very rude. She did not even apologize for the inconvenience we went through. She seemed very casual about the entire situation when we checked out just within an hour of checking in.

Negatives: It is absolutely run down, filthy and the odor is horrible.

Negatives: Very very dilapidated , smelled of mold ,not very clean

Negatives: Musty smell. Carpet extremely worn and torn. Developed headache and difficulty breathing. Rm 117... After a couple of hours checked out and found a different hotel accommodation.
