Positives:
Location was great, easy to locate, nice area with restaurants and shopping close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, which is a typical hotel breakfast. Breakfast staff was friendly and kept items replenished.
Negatives:
Not enough towels in the room. Two bath towels are not enough for a couple. Sign on bathroom mirror indicated rooms are serviced every other day. So you are expected to reuse your towels? Discovered latter that you have to request your room be serviced, which is hard to do if you've done online check in & digital room key.

The lobby was decorated nicely and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The property advertised Queen bed suites but the bed a double beds. I believe we are paying extra for false advertising. The room was not cleaned appropriately as well. I had to clean the bathroom after hair and what appeared as fluids were left in the shower and in the sink.

Everything was fine except Lacking in friendliness of desk clerk. The pool was a focal point getting on and off the elevator, so it should be kept cleaned year round. Such an eyesore being located where everyone must see next to the gym.
