location was good for where we needed to be.

Mold in the bathroom tile. bathroom sink faucet was barely attached to the vanity top. turning the faucet for hot/cold resulted in the whole faucet spinning around. wallpaper peeling off the bathroom wall. staff was not friendly.

The TV only had a handful of channels, sucked could not get ESPN to watch pregame events for the game we came to see. Might not matter to most but was very disappointed that we had no TV selection. Would not stay there again for that reason.

Had an issue and management assured me they would get it resolved. And they did! It was an obstacle with the third party booking but they made sure the outcome was satisfactory

I requested housekeeping in a timely manner and no one ever showed up. I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday with roses and candle decorations. Ultimately the surprise didnt go well
