Both the hotel and staff were great.
Negatives:
There were a couple safety issues in the room. The toilet seat and the bathroom faucet were very loose, the headboard had a exposed metal brace that could cause harm. The front desk employee was very supportive.

The hot tub was extremely dirty and the jets didn’t work.
You could get limited WiFi but had to pay $5 per day. if you wanted WiFi that actually worked
Had to pay for coffee if it was after breakfast hours.
