I accidentally booked this hotel and after looking at the property and reviews I knew I made a mistake and also saw I booked the wrong location. I messaged them a few minutes after booking to cancel and they still charged me for a stay even. They wouldnt even respond to my messages and now I'm out money for a hotel i would NEVER EVER stay at or even feel remotlely safe at. I saw the prostitutes walking around outfront at night and the constant in and out of vehicles and knew I made the right choice. Do not stay here

The property itself was clean

My door didn’t close properly I had to lift it up and push it in hard to close it, then my room was not properly cleaned the toilet had dried urine on top/under the seat as well as dried feces under inside the toilet bowl. Also, at this location the rooms do not have a full kitchenette, there’s no stovetop which is really important when I’m traveling and I was not informed of this when I checked in that you have to ask for one. The dishes had dried food on them and the last guest’s nail clipping were on the night table and the dresser where the tv sits.

Some of the appliances could be updated, like the dishwasher and the couch was a little hard to pull out, but it was a very comfortable stay for our family

I arrived with a confirmed Booking.com reservation to find that there were no rooms available and that the hotel had no record of my reservation. After finally finding a phone number to talk to someone at Booking, the representative was very cordial and professional and attempted to contact the property. They did not respond at all. Booking made other properties available for me to book but by that time I was late for my show and could not take the time to make the reservation. After the show all of the rooms at those properties were unavailable. Had to drive 60 miles at 1:00 a,m, to find another room. INCREDIBLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I might possibly book through Booking.com again. Don't think that I can take a chance of this type of thing happening again
