Negatives: My door didn’t close properly I had to lift it up and push it in hard to close it, then my room was not properly cleaned the toilet had dried urine on top/under the seat as well as dried feces under inside the toilet bowl. Also, at this location the rooms do not have a full kitchenette, there’s no stovetop which is really important when I’m traveling and I was not informed of this when I checked in that you have to ask for one. The dishes had dried food on them and the last guest’s nail clipping were on the night table and the dresser where the tv sits.

Negatives: Some of the appliances could be updated, like the dishwasher and the couch was a little hard to pull out, but it was a very comfortable stay for our family

Negatives: Air conditioning was not working in lobby and dining area

Negatives: I arrived with a confirmed Booking.com reservation to find that there were no rooms available and that the hotel had no record of my reservation. After finally finding a phone number to talk to someone at Booking, the representative was very cordial and professional and attempted to contact the property. They did not respond at all. Booking made other properties available for me to book but by that time I was late for my show and could not take the time to make the reservation. After the show all of the rooms at those properties were unavailable. Had to drive 60 miles at 1:00 a,m, to find another room. INCREDIBLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I might possibly book through Booking.com again. Don't think that I can take a chance of this type of thing happening again

Negatives: I didn't like that there was hair in the shower

Negatives: The shower stall needs to be renovated - tiles need to be replaced, more modern and bring it up to the standard of the rest of the room. The shower door is in good condition so just the tiles and fixtures.

Negatives: No hot water

Negatives: They had no hot water to shower, my door did not close unless I lifted it and slammed it. It made me feel unsafe, which was the main purpose of my stay. I could’ve slept in my van for free!!

Negatives: We weren't able to control the room heat as much as we would have expected and the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants.

Negatives: The bathroom sink was clogged with other people's hair I left my brand new charger, welly 7 year old son did. They didn't report it, housekeeping kept it.
