The room was spacious. It had a kitchenette in it. The location was good for the event we attended. The staff was great.
Negatives:
The bed was very firm and the pillows were very soft. It did not make a good combination for comfort. The covers were really thin, and there were no extra blankets or anything in the room. The carpet was so gross. I didn't realize it was "pet friendly " when we booked it. We walked to a restaurant about a block away for dinner and noticed a car had been vandalized . Glass was everywhere at the hotel next door, and we heard multiple gunshots as we walked back from pretty close by. We asked if the area was something to be concerned about, and the front desk said no. Breakfast was decent, but they did have a hard time keeping up with the number of people they were serving. Decent place, just not what I expected from a hotel affiliated with the Hilton brand. I would not recommend it for people who have back issues.

Housekeeping is slow to clean your room because they only clean rooms every 4 days unless you request it before 9am. Hope you don't over sleep.

Pros: the staff members at the front desk were hospitable and the hotel's location was close to the attractions that my family came to town for.
Negatives:
Cons: my room was not clean: there were smudges of food (maybe?) on the light switches, door and walls. Rice, food splatter and hair were inside the microwave, hair was in the shower and a layer of dust was on top of the fridge and the shelves of the shower. The carpet in the room and hallway were disgusting. I couldn't take pictures of any of this because my hands were gloved and contaminated from cleaning the room. Definitely wasn't the Hilton experience that I was expecting.
