Positives: It was a nice comfortable bed and very clean.
Negatives: There was no microwave in the room. The heat didn't work, and it was about 50 degrees. They ran out of washcloths, so we decided to go buy our own to keep from washing with towels since we had asked about 4 times, three different people. And the bathroom smelled like sewer.
