There was not enough variety, I understand that you do not eat meat but eggs and toast is what was offered. No cereals, oatmeal and the mini muffins did not look fresh. The deposit was different than what was online.

The only thing that looks more or less presentable is the main lobby. Everything else is a disappointment, the corridors leading to your room, the shower, the bathroom door (needs to be thrown away); you need to squeeze to get in the bathroom . Seriously, a motel would not be that bad and my stay was ruined for my partner was complaining to me every minute as for why I chose this place. For me that’s the last time.

I liked it wasn't far from Charlotte and could take side road all way into city right in middle of it by passing that crazy highway

AC was very loud(rattling sound, front cover inside pulled apart could see light coming in&see outside to very hard to sleep and enjoy peace when ac is very loud and ppl walking by if wanted to could bend down look inside my room ,when normally AC it's a very peaceful relaxing sound)
Staff wasn't nice very short and to THE point , no hello, how are u, thank u, type stuff checking in or out was just "u staying here, ok". And when check out" Noone in room right". That's all that was said not courteous at all I get this isn't a 5 star trump tower but geez ppl can be nice and appreciative i get im staying in a lower in place we only needed it to sleep after a concert and than wake up eat and drive home but would been nice the 12 hours we was there we could of relaxed and enjoy the time . Wouldn't been so bad if room AC wasn't wide open rattling to death it was very loud not like a little rattle.
