Positives:
We enjoyed outdoor swimming the inside pool has an aluminum floor and it was super cold , we enjoyed the food at “Socials” and all staff were super nice and friendly!
Negatives:
This was not the hotel’s fault but late at night we heard roaring motors like racing and a girl screaming then ambulances or police sirens a few times. I saw on the news later that it was some young people a few streets over playing “take over” which is racing when and where you’re not supposed to, to show off

After having some troubles with my check in after a delayed flight, very late in the evening the staff (Mr Malik) was very helpful in finding me a great room in difficult circumstances.
(p.s the bed was exceptional)

The room was quiet.
Negatives:
The towels were grubby. The shower was weak and the bathroom floor sticky. I used the main restaurant twice in the evenings and both times they brought me the wrong food. The breakfast was bland and dried out. The staff literally never listened and it wasn’t unusual to be asked things 4 or 5 times.

Positives:
The location is just perfect! Not exactly in the busy area, so no noise but close to any Uptown attractions and nightlife! The pool was warm and so much needed in that hot weather. The bar downstairs serves both drinks and coffee. The valet parking was pretty affordable and very fast! Loved it!

Nothing comes to mind except for the balcony being blocked in our room!
