Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. The pool was a major factor in our picking this hotel. The pool was being resurfaced and we couldn’t use it. We booked through Expedia; if there was a disclaimer about the pool on Expedia I didn’t see it. I had also looked up the hotel directly to be able to read the reviews: no disclaimer about current down status of pool.

Location. Evening staff were friendly. Pet friendly.

The carpet in room needed to be shampooed. The air conditioner could not be adjusted and was too hot for sleeping comfortably for us. Did not have luggage cart to take luggage to car at 6:30 am. No carts. Had to use rolling desk chair to get luggage out to our vehicle. Front desk person in the morning was not helpful with luggage cart issue.
