Nothing . It was a scam. I had to leave and find another hotel, and pay for it.
Negatives:
Hotel downgraded my room reservation which was prepaid 3 weeks in advance, without warning, refund or apology. In fact, 2 hotels employees proudly stated that my reserved room was given to someone else and it is normal practices for them.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast and cleaning staff were nice.
Negatives:
We reserved a king bed, and we're not given one. My husband and I had to sleep separately. I went online and could still reserve a king on several sites including the hotels and there were not too many people that it was a booking issue.
