Got to the hotel and...
Positives:
Very fancy, nice upgraded room. Staff was friendly and Mike’s (cook) breakfast was amazing. Mike was super upbeat and very nice. We loved the morning staff that was very attentive and chatted with us at breakfast.
Negatives:
In between the 2 beds was about 5-10 pieces of glass (all different sizes) and a plastic bottle cap. The big pieces were shoved under the bed and table but there were a lot of smaller pieces that we did not see and I cut my foot. It was a miner cut and the front desk guy brought up a bandaid and ointment and vacuumed the floor for us.

Weird hair dryer plug— wouldn’t plug in. Went to front desk for replacement. Young man at desk, who seemed bothered to be at work, wasn’t helpful at all. Never got replacement. We booked 2 king rooms. We got a king suite and our travel companions were 2 floors away in a Q room. Same price, very unfair to other couple.

Almost every single staff member we encountered was rude and short tempered. I called on our way into town to get the address and person on the phone was the same kid that checked us in and was not pleasant. Felt like we are a bother in both instances. Staff looks tired and dejected. Moral is very low
