Positives:
The lady that worked in the afternoon and evening was wonderful. Mario the assistant manger was very brusk at check-in. I liked the layout of the room and it was very clean with lots of room for a four day stay.
Negatives:
Maybe we didn't understand the policy with housekeeping. I understand since covid some hotels don't come in and straighten and replinish everyday, but not once did they come to ask if we needed more coffee or toilet paper or get our trash. I had to track down housekeeping everyday to get more coffee and toilet paper. I called the front desk at aske for trash removal and they said just to leave it outside the door. I had to take a trash bag from the ice machine area to get it all bagged up. The hotel is also right beside the interstate so it's very loud when you're in the pool.
