The continental breakfast was very discouraging! There was no fresh ripe fruit, bananas were not ripe! There was no yogurt or oatmeal packets! No tea packets, or honey packets!

There was only one trash can in the room, in the bathroom. Breakfast selection was limited. There is not much near the hotel. You have to drive about 0.25 to 1 mile to get to restaurants, shopping, etc. The lobby market had very few items.

Noisiest,trashiest,dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. Even staff slams doors. Shower by pool ran for over 48 hours. What a waiste of water! Hundreds of bear cans tossed over fence in rear parking lot.

There was a loud meeting in the hall on the second floor until midnight. Must have been a family in multiple rooms who hung out and talked. There were no cups, plates or bowls for breakfast. Almost nothing was stocked.

The ice machine on the third floor was not working and the mini fridge didn't work and it was set on the highest setting and the water that I put in it stayed hot.

Staff - Shuan was very polite, personable, and took care of all of our needs. Also, having security on the property was appreciated.
Negatives:
Smelled strong cigarette smoke all night long. We couldnt tell if it was coming from the vents or what. I also remembered reading in the reviews that another guest experienced the same. The mattresses were very worn and bulky, large stains in the carpet, took my Clorox wipes out to wipe nightstand, headboard, desk, and all were dirty. The market area had only water in the cooler and not what was shown while booking. The lighting around the hotel was very dim and a lot of homeless people and squatters very close.

The room was terrible. There were no clothes hanging rod. The paint in the room was sloppy! Smeared all on the ceiling. There was rust around the bottom of the commode and bathtub. The commode looked stained. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Finally, the refrigerator went out and spoiled my food I had bought. Worst room ever!

Our room had roaches in the refrigerator in the tub and they was crawling on my suitcase. The manager switched our room to another floor. We had to take our luggage back and forth to the car at night so we wouldnt take any roaches home with us!!
