Didn’t know they offered breakfast as no real conversation was initiated other than directions for credit card machine and where to sign. It wasn’t a great location but it was cheapest option

The room smelled strange which was a definite disappointment and the mini fridge I didn’t realize the freezer compartment was gone and turned all the way up on high so I had to throw out my meal I had bought at the restaurant before I came because it froze, this is the point it would have been great to know the hotel offered free breakfast as I had flown in for a Dr appointment and didn’t get to eat until afternoon as I used Uber/Lyft to get around

The room was disgusting! Dead roaches on the floor, the smell was something out of a horror movie. Front desk lady did apologize and we are getting our money back. Do not stay here!!!

As soon as I walked into the room there was a cockroach on the bed. I went ahead and booked another place for the night.

The front office staff as friendly.
Negatives:
When we arrived, there were police dealing with a dispute with the office staff and a guest. It was a very uncomfortable welcome. Not to mention the property was run down and dirty. We then went to our room where we were smacked in the face with a mildew/Clorox odor. I can only think the air conditioner needed repair. There were brown/reddish stains on the bathroom door frame. We wete there no more than 5 minutes before we went back to the office, got our money back, and left.

Requested a non smoking room and was told the whole facility was smoke free yet the room we got and the lobby reaked from smoke. Ice machine didn't work. Also, the absolute smallest room I have ever seen....the king size bed took up the whole room!
