The staff was very nice and helping when needed. Also, nice room with space.
Negatives:
Shower was a little confusing to adjust at first especially temperature/pressure. Also, wifi on tv and in hotel needs some improvement. It shuts off randomly during usage, especially the TV when you try to watch something.

The first room she had for me was on the ground level, the window in the room would not lock. I tried numerous times lock the window and could not get it to lock. I had to request a different room.

Font desk person was very poor. Very un accommodating the pillows on bed were very small. We asked for additional two pillows and were told we could only have one. For two people. The place is noisy. We asked to be placed on the off highway No.

The lady at the front desk when i came in was insanely rude no help whatsoever and i never got my 40$ deduction refunded to me they claimed that my card never went through although it was taken out of my account and i didnt feel like arguing.
