Motel 6-Fayetteville NC - Fort Liberty Area

Negatives: There were roaches and people arguing outside of my room. Someone knocked on my door looking for someone else

Negatives: I waited 45 minutes to get a room that I had booked 5 hours in advance. No fridge, no microwave, no towels or rags, no soap, the vending machine was way too high and lacked options. The ice machine was locked up after 10 pm. It's just overall inconvenient. The best thing is it's location

Negatives: No towel in the shower

Negatives: Worst hotel ive ever been to.

Negatives: They didn’t have our room so there gave us a room with one full bed and one queen bed and the room was bad. It had a broken toilet.

Negatives: The bed felt like we were sleeping on concrete. The room floors were beyond disgusting. Our feet were black from walking from just the bed to the bathroom. The TV was in a weird position next to the bed on the wall. The shower curtain rod was barely holding onto the wall by 1 screw. We found roaches in the room before we even got settled for the night. The toilet handle was messed up. There was 1 washcloth and 1 small hand towel for 2 adults/1 kid to dry off with. When we mentioned to the receptionist (we checked in after 6pm) that there was no extra towels or anything, she got offended. Then she brought 2 other staff members with her to our room to see if we were lying about the towels. We took pictures of what we had. Then told us at checkout, we would have to bring our dirty towels and what clean towels we didn't use back to the office. There was no fridge or microwave. Not even hand soap to wash our hands. Only 3rd floor rooms were available due to "live in residents" got 1st/2nd floor. The parking lot barely had any vehicles there. There was also drunk/drugged up people asleep on the steps. The stairway smelled of human urine/cigarettes/weed. We normally stay at a Motel 6 when we travel for shows we vend. Most are great but this was the worst we have ever stayed at. We searched online for another hotel close to our show and had no luck. All the other hotels were super expensive or nothing available.

Negatives: I didn't like the room I was in it stunk and the floor was not clean the bed was not comfortable and the door wasn't secure enough for me to be comfortable
