Positives:
The spacious and clean setting. The large bathroom...I enjoyed the whole set up...we never really needed staff after we checked in...the continental breakfast had great variety and loved that it was a hot breakfast with healthy options.
Negatives:
The coffee in the room was not good. And I was hopeful there would be a hot tub next to the pool but I think that was just because it got so cold during our trip. But otherwise it was an ideal stay.

This location was perfect for the venue we were attending.
Negatives:
Hands down the worst bed I've slept in. I woke every morning in physical pain. The bed was equivalent of sleeping on a concrete floor.
The room was dirty. It's surface cleaned but the floor has not seen a deep clean in a long time.
Obviously no daily room check-ins. We came back to no clean towels, coffee refill or bed made which that part is fine. I don't care but for what I paid to have a bed create so much pain....I will never book another stay with a quality inn.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful competent, welcoming as were the kitchen and cleaning staff.
The building is very well maintained - the front area has a feeling of space and light and is welcoming, my room was very clean and quiet and private. The location is central and very easy to get to.
Negatives:
Breakfast could use a few more healthy options for vegans - i.e. vegan, no sugar bran or blueberry muffins or vegan yogurt.
