My wife and I were on a business trip. The Hampton Inn was a recommended stay for us and we were not disappointed. The facilities, staff and cleanliness were all exceptional. The morning buffet was very good but perhaps the menu was a bit limited. We highly recommend the Hampton Inn for your business or leisure travel needs.

When checking in I was treated like a 2nd class guest. As usual when booking through booking.com. They refused to give me the room I had chosen through their interactive room map. Instead they put us in a room beside the elevator. Needless to say it was very noisy. Booking.com needs to address such treatment with their vendors. If you don’t want to accept the rate then don’t advertise on booking.com. This is not the first time I’ve been treated this way.
