I didn't know until after I went to see property they were undergoing renovations and room I was in was nice, but parking lot started to look like a junkyard with all the old furniture piling up as they were replacing with new furniture. Ice maker on our floor didn't work at all and the fitness center needed some newer equipment.

Everything was perfect . Rooms were clean
Location was perfect and front Desk staff was very cooperatives. I forgot the name of kind lady in front desk but she arranged water bottles for us at mid night from local shop and that too all complimentary without any charge. I have been staying at greensboro for last 10 years for attending highpoint furniture market and always try to explore new hotel but next time I will stay again in Baymont.
