Positives:
There were no bugs in the room, but the place was not very well maintained.
The price was reasonable and within my budget for this trip
Negatives:
Smokers on the balcony almost every time I came or left the room
Our room was poolside and the noise was constant from open to close
Breakfast wasn't much to be desired, so while it was included we ended up eating elsewhere
There was a bad little kid running around the property all day (staff or owners child it seemed)...he was in the way at breakfast, rude, entitled, and always seemed unmonitored.

Did not like the hotel was dirty on the outside dirty on the inside we decided to get a refund and not stay the night there. The air conditioner was broken. The room smelled awful. There was so much dirt on the floor. I didn’t even want to walk on the floor with my shoes on

I was charged for a property that placed me in a room that was well over 100 degrees. With a broken air conditioner. Then when the desk clerk changed my room he then placed me in the room with a busted TV. He then proceeded to tell me over the phone that I would have to wait until 6am. By this time, I'm just ready to go because I ended up spending my entire night without being able to enjoy the room I paid for.

When I arrived, the hotel looked Nothing like its photos. The office was covered in plastic with Do not Enter signs. People loitering in the parking lot and approaching my car. Very unsafe and dirty
