Negatives: My family stayed for 3 nights from Friday to Monday, they love the breakfast, in particular the waffles. They wanted to have Nutella on their waffle so I went and bought one for the following breakfast which will be our last day of stay on the hotel. However during our last breakfast which is on labor day Monday Sept 02, we headed on to our breakfast carrying the Nutella pot but to our disappointment, there were no waffle machine and no waffle being serve at that day. So I went ahead and ask the lady in the service counter and she replied that Waffle is only included during weekends and not during weekdays. When I asked why, she mentioned that the breakfast cost during weekends ($14.00) are higher than weekdays ($9.00), which surprises me as I paid the same breakfast cost of $14.00 for the entire hotel stay and I tried explaining that to the lady but she told me that was the policy. At that point Im not worried about if I paid more on one day as my attention was in the waffle that my kids wanted. Being a dad, I wanted to not upset my kids and tried to ask for a possibility of having a waffle serve to my kids as they were all excited going down the breakfast hall with Nutella pot on their hands to eat with waffle and got to look at their disappointed faces as soon as they did not saw the wafle machine on its normal place. The lady told me that it will cost $15.00 for a waffle, at first I thought that she was only joking so I had to repeat my self lots of time, and when I got the point that she was serious, I took the menu and saw that a kids breakfast that cost something like $7 or $9 dollars incllude a choice of sausage, ege or bacon and it comes with pancake. I told here that all I wanted is a waffle and it will cost me $15? I tried to repeat my self a few time to see if she understand what Im saying but she said it is what it is. I had to explain to my kinds that they will not have waffle with Nutella as we will not be paying $15 for each waffle. So SAD

Negatives: It was not continual breakfast .

Negatives: And the shower upon looking in their wasn’t even clean

Negatives: No free breakfast had to pay for breakfast normally breakfast is free .

Negatives: We didn't like the beds. They were soft and offered no support. Their policy was to change the towels every other day. We had to request that ours be changed daily.

Negatives: The price was not what was listed on the booking site. I had to run my credit card again once I got there and the breakfast should have been included for the prices I paid for my room.

Negatives: rooms a little dated but still fairly nice

Negatives: Overpriced 3 nights 1350$
