The hotel was way too crowded for my liking and loud (martial arts convention) and the pool was impossible to use for that reason. I just stayed in my room because there were just too many people. It was expensive to me, but all the hotels were!

My room was changed from two queens and a couch to a king and a fold out couch. I was told the hotel notified booking.com of the change, but I didn't receive one. I would have changed booking as my group was two moms and three children. The pool was not open. I selected the hotel for a pool. In fairness we were offered use of a nearby hotel pool, but time and distance made it unworkable. The sheets for the fold out bed looked as if they had been used. The bed was to hard for my taste. On arrival I was charged a fifty dollar deposit in addition for the room charge. I don't know if the refund comes from hotel or booking. The hotel told me my receipt would come from you. They wouldn't give me one.
