Positives: The room smelled like cigarettes, despite it being a nonsmoking room. The floors and bathroom were very clearly not cleaned.

Negatives: Everything. Smelled like cigs. Was dirty. Had some kind of hard plastic item underneath the fitted sheet. Lamps didn't work. The toilet was dirty. The floors were not cleaned. All our luggage and clothes (even the packed ones) smelled like cigs.
