We checked in and upon checking in we went straight to the room and saw small roaches in the wall and in the sink. We checked right back out and the hotel staff advised us to call on Saturday morning for a refund and we couldn’t get it even though we told them it was infested with roaches. Then the manager told us to speak to a different manager on Monday morning and that the 3rd party would have to refund us.

NOTHING AT ALL THIS PLACE WAS FILTHY, DARK OUTSIDE, UNSAFE, ALL ROOMS SHOULD BE MARKED AS SMOKING AND THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! WE GOT TO OUR ROOM AS DESCRIBED AS A LARGE NON-SMOKING ROOM WHICH WAS INCORRECT AND IT WAS A SMOKING ROOM LISTED AS NON-SMOKING. THE COMFORTERS HAD CIGARETTE BURNS IN THEM AND WHEN WE PULLED BACK THE COMFORTER THE PILLOW WAS COVERED IN DIRT AND A RED HAIR WAS IN THE BED SO ASSUMING IT WAS UNCLEANED. WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEIR SOLUTION WAS A CAN OF FEBREEZE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE NIGHT. WE CAN FOR A TRACK AND FIELD JR OLYMPIC EVENT AND WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF BEING IN THE ROOM THE ATHLETES SOUNDED STOPPED UP AND SAID THEY HAD A HARD TIME BREATHING. WE HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATLEY AND COUL NOT STAY IN A FACILITY LIKE THAT FOR 4 NIGHTS.
