The hotel room was disgusting the place was full of drug addicts and after checking out was held against my will and threatened with police because they said I didn't pay for the days I stayed there had to show proof of payment very rude owners and management didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or anything

The room was very dirty, a cleaning rag had been left on the bed. There was hair on the floor. There was no hairdryer in the room and it took the staff 20 minutes to find me a hairdryer. The place would look a lot better if they would at least paint the front doors!

There was no breakfast at all, and the office and breakfast lounge was closed so they lied about breakfast. While checking out had to leave the keys at the window as there was no staff for hours

Asked to check out at noon instead of 11. The cleaning crew was waiting at 11:30 when I wasl handed a phone by the maid and it was the front desk asking for us to leave. We were outside putting luggage in the vehicle.
